Silence
makes us suspicious.
Silence
tests our trust and faith.
It is important
to talk to our friend,
but it’s difficult sometimes.
I remember my old days
when I suffered from the silence
of my dearest friend.
It was my misunderstanding
based on an assumption
which made me suffer.
If I could have
sufficient faith or trust,
though not perfect,
I would not suffer that much.
I somehow remember
a passage from Luke:
But Mary kept all these things,
pondering them in her heart.(2:19)
