*Holy Eucharist:
It was about 30 years ago
at a daybreak
I saw the Holy Eucharist
brilliantly raised
on the monstrance.
From the awesomeness
I jumped out of bed
and worshiped it.
It was there
for a while
with its brilliance.
*U-shaped pillow:
When my bedridden Mom
suffered from back pain,
I was advised to buy
a U-shaped pillow for her.
I had no idea where to find it.
On the following day
when I opened my PC
an advertisement for the pillow
popped up on the screen.
I purchased it right away.
It was just before New Year’s Eve
when I got it.
*Mom’s utterance:
During her speechless
and bedridden 7 years,
I administered her the
Holy Eucharist on Dec. 23, 24, 25.
I talked to her:
”You must have had no such
frequent touch of Jesus
even in your healthy days, had you?”
I heard her say:
”Well done, Teruko!”
By this word, I wailed with joy.
It was her first and the last word
in her bedridden life.
These were the episodes when I felt the Compassion of God.
